Join us for an empowering gathering aimed at uniting LGBTQIA+ people working in biotech. This session is designed to connect LGBTQIA+ professionals, fostering supportive networks and a deeper understanding of our shared experiences and needs within the biotech sector and the wider BIOSPAIN and science & innovation community. Our mission is to positively influence the lives and careers of LGBTQIA+ persons in this field, leveraging the strength of diversity to cultivate a more equitable, diverse, and enriching scientific community—and, by extension, society. We are committed to enhancing visibility for LGBTQIA+ folks, utilizing scientific data to challenge discrimination, and embedding diversity within both academic and business methodologies specific to biotech.
