Cancellations or Changes

Cancellation and refund requests must always be made in writing to the AM Conferences Congress Secretariat – email: registration@iecon2025.org.

  • It is possible to change the name of the registration without cancellation fees as long as the secretariat is informed before September 24th 2025, with a cost of €50 for administrative expenses.
  • For cancellations until August 24th 2025, 100% of the amount will be refunded less €50 for administration fees.
  • Cancellations received since August 25th 2025 or non-attendance: There is no right to a refund.
  • Any corresponding refund will be made once the Congress has ended.
