Cancellation or change conditions:

- Cancellation and refund request must always be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat (AM Conferences): secretaria.tecnica@senc.es 
- It is possible to change the name of the registration without cancellation fees as long as the secretariat is informed before March 15th 2026, with a cost of €50 administrative fees. After that date, a name change will not be possible.
- No partial or full refunds will be made in case of cancellation of conferences due to non-attendance of speakers or other changes to the program.
- In case of total cancellation of the congress, a full refund will be applied to paid registrations.
- In case of postponement, all paid registrations will be transferred to the new dates. Full refund will not be applied.
- The cancellation policy stated above will prevail and remain in effect until further notice or update.

Grants SENC for Cajal Conference
  • To stimulate the assistance of young scientists (Ph.D students or young postdoctoral fellows) 10 free registrations will be granted among students and early postdocs applications received before march 15th (early registration). Selected candidates will be published before the meeting. Priority will be given to student members of SENC.
  • Submission of a communication is mandatory to be eligible for these grants.
  • Submit the CV in fhe form
