Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund requests must always be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat – email: registration@congresosenc.es.
Name changes for registration can be made without cancellation fees, provided the Secretariat is informed before August 14th 2025, with an administrative fee of €50. After that date, name changes will not be possible.
Cancellations or changes received until June 3rd 2025 will be entitled to a 100% refund of the registration fee, minus €50 in administrative fees.
Cancellations or changes received after June 4th 2025 will not be entitled to a refund.
No partial or total refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation of conferences due to speaker absence or other changes to the program.
