Details
How can a promising oncology discovery successfully travel from the laboratory to the patient? Scientific breakthroughs alone are rarely enough. The real challenge lies in building collaborative ecosystems that connect researchers, innovators, clinicians, patients and industry partners throughout the translational journey.
This roundtable will explore the key elements that help transform promising research into solutions capable of generating meaningful impact for patients. Drawing on their own experiences across cancer biology, therapeutic development, AI-driven clinical research, real-world evidence, and precision oncology technologies, speakers will discuss how different actors contribute to identifying high-potential opportunities, generating evidence, reducing translational risk, and creating value throughout the innovation process.
The discussion will focus on practical examples of collaboration that have helped innovative projects move forward, highlighting the importance of early translational support, multidisciplinary partnerships, and patient-centered development strategies.
By showcasing experiences from across the oncology innovation value chain, this session will show how collaborative models can accelerate translation, strengthen project development, and ultimately bring impactful innovations to patients faster and more effectively.
